Well it looks likes these trampoline stunts are just getting more and more impressive, this gem is actually performed on an Olympic trampoline and can only be descried as incredibly dangerous. The temptation when jumping on a trampoline is to make it more dangerous and exciting but there is a VERY real risk that doing tricks like these will result in permanent and severe damage to your good self.

Stunts like these are only to be performed by trained professionals, you can see in the video that the person attempting the stunt is actually at a gymnastics school and obviously has extensive experience with gymnastics and Olympic trampolines.

Well now I am convinced that you will not try this at home, let me introduce my new favourite trampoline stunt. He actually grabs onto a beam in the roof of a gymnasium and then drops down onto the trampoline. This video actually made me scared of heights and I was watching it from the comfort of my own desk
