Shipping Policy

Easy Trampolines will attempt to ship any online order within 1-3 business days of receipt of order. Shipment is via local couriers and interstate freight carriers.  Shipping times vary with distance, but East Cost deliveries can expect the receipt of goods within 5-7 business days of the order being placed, whereas the rest of the country can expect delivery with 5-10 working days 

Goods ordered through community group promotions will be delivered as per the methods outlined in such promotions eg delivered to clubhouse, team manager, etc.

Should any goods be out of stock at time of order processing an e-mail will be sent to the purchaser, or phone call made, advising estimated time frame to deliver goods and the choice will be offered to cancel the order if requested.

Online orders are automatically debited against the supplied Credit Card.
