When your item is shipped we will email you your unique tracking no. with our courier company, Schenker Express. Please make sure you provided us the following information at checkout:
The courier company will contact you within 1-7 days (depending on your location) to confirm/book a delivery time. If you need to give specific delivery instructions then you can contact them to arrange the best time or location to leave the item as we only authorise for one delivery attempt. (Even if you have told us your preferences it is important that you do phone them yourself). If you are not home they will take the items back to their depot from which you will have to collect from. If you haven't listed a reliable contact number with us then please ring the carrier with it, a mobile number seems best.
