FAQ | Easy Trampolines

Who are you guys?

Easy Trampolines is a small company focused on bringing fun to the wider community through providing avenues to bounce.

But seriously, we just found there was nowhere on line to buy good quality trampolines at competitive prices. We decided to do something about it.

Where are the Trampolines?

Our trampolines are located in our warehouse in Campbellfield, Victoria. Sorry, no pickups (It's how we keep our prices low)

How Can I pay for my Trampoline?

Easy Trampolines uses Eway secure to process our credit card payments to accept Visa and Mastercard. You can also use paypal to make your purchase, just select the option in the shopping cart process.

Additionally, if old school methods such as Direct Desposit are more your style. Shoot us an email and we will provide you with the necessary details.

When will my Trampoline arrive?

As soon as we receive payment, your order is sent to the distribution warehouse. We aim to have all orders shipped within 3 days, and most will arrive at your door within the next 7 days.

Rest assured, if we are running behind schedule, we'll let you know immediately.

How much is shipping?

Shipping rates vary depending on your location. Metro areas are obviously cheaper than country.

What happens if it breaks?

We fully stand by the quality of our products and very rarely have any problems with them. If you happen to be very unlucky and something is not right, we provide a 1 Year Manufacturers warranty. For more information, click here
